Maude St
"Named after Ellen Maude Leahy, wife of Alfred Leahy who surveyed and named a number of streets in Shepparton. In April 1989, the section of Maude Street between High and Fryers Streets, as well as Fraser Street and part of Stewart Street, was closed to traffic to begin construction of the Maude Street Mall, which was officially opened on 9th November, later that year."
