To do this better we have set up the My Shepparton website to have a section on USCS (UnReal Shepparton Customer Service whereby customers can search for great businesses.
We will only be highlighting the great customer service on there, not the negative. The negative will still be shown on the Facebook page. Businesses who sign up for a membership will be notified of any negative feedback before it is shared on the Timeline for all to see.
We will also be encouraging businesses to share their stories about great customers and the troublesome ones...
